APOLLO BIKES
Proudly Australian, Apollo Bicycles is an international brand that started over 25 years ago. On the international market, Apollo is best known for their high end road bikes and mountain bikes; specifically, the $1500 to $8000 range. In their home market, Apollo offers more than 80 adult bike models that cover all areas of the market and they sell more bikes in Australia than any other bicycle brand. Road bikes, mountain bikes, flat bar bikes, urban bikes, hybrid bikes, comfort bikes, fixie bikes, tandem bikes, electric bikes and folding bikes... Apollo caters for all cyclists. br />
Apollo Road Bikes: Apollo is fast becoming a force in the road bike market. From their entry level offerings to their state of the art carbon racing models. After attending this years range preview, we were genuinly impressed with the price/spec levels of Apollo's road bike range. There are some serious contenders this year and we are confident that this will be our biggest year yet.
Apollo Women's Specific Bikes: This an area of the market that Apollo treat very seriously and it shows! Apollo's range of women's specific bikes is impressive, their hybrid and comfort bikes are always popular with their high quality finish, attractive cosmetics, superior ride quality and competitive pricing. This year they have taken their road bike range to another level with the introduction of their women's road bike series. There are three entry-mid level road bikes to choose from; all of which are below $2000. While many companies produce womens specific road bikes, what sets Apollo apart from the likes of Giant, Avanti and Specialized is their value for money, improved riding dynamics and enhanced design. Apollo's womens bicycle range is designed by women and tested by women, for women.
Apollo Folding Bikes: In 2010 Apollo introduced 3 folding bike models into their range which proved to be extremely popular and they will be continuing the same 3 models in 2011. If you are after a folding bike you should drop into one of our stores and have a good look at the Apollo range; they are very easy to fold and unfold, easy to ride and affordable.
Apollo Electric Bikes: Apollo first introduced their electric bike range in 2010. History has taught us to be careful with electric bikes as they do not always perform as advertised and can on occasions be very unreliable. Apollo have also been aware of the pitfalls associated with electric bikes and have come up with two very reliable and affordable models. There are a lot of electric bikes on the market now and the Apollo models easily stand out from the rest when you compare the technology, fit and finish and quality.
Apollo Family Bikes:Apollo's range of kids bikes is massive; they offer a combined total of 113 models and colours under the Apollo and Radius brands, more than any other company in Australia.
Apollo Display Bikes for 2011: With so many models to choose from, we had to do some serious work to come up with a short list for our range of Apollo display bikes for this season. In the end, emotions were put aside and we put the Apollo bike models up against our other brands and came up with a range that we believe is the pick of the bunch. Naturally we have access to the entire Apollo bike range and we are more than happy to show you alternate options should you not find something you like in store display range.
