Instructions on how to use
Don't want to clutter your bike
with a hand pump? Stuck on the side of the road with a flat?? Getting
your tyres up to 120psi with a hand pump can be difficult and time
consuming... It's time to get with the program. CO2 Air Cartridges are a
cheap, lightweight alternative that will save you time, and your arms.
To inflate your tyres follow these simple steps.
1. Tighten (close/clockwise) red Regulator knob
2. Thread onto the CO2 canister (clockwise). Please use supplied neoprene insulator to prevent frozen hands
3. Screw chuck onto tyre valve (clockwise.)
4. Unscrew red Regulator knob (counter-clockwise) to release CO2 into tube.
5. Be sure to close red regulator knob to stop CO2 when tyre is at desired pressure.
6. Once empty, please recycle empty cartridges.
Caution: Do not remove CO2 cartridge from the chuck until you are sure the cartridge is completely empty. CO2 is for emergency use only and should be replaced with air as soon as possible. Do not puncture or heat above 49degress as contents are under pressure. Never direct towards any person or animal. Always keep cartridges out of the reach of children. Contents is CO2 UN1013. Never leave in any vehicle as explosion may occur due to overheating and can cause injury.
