How much will it cost to ship my order?
$9.00 to anywhere in Australia - (Excluding Bikes.)
Yep, the shipping and handling charge for all orders, regardless of size, to any location in Australia is just $9.
 
Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all States and Territories of Australia.
Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory.

Do you ship internationally?

No – we do not accept international orders or deliver to international addresses.

How will my ordered be delivered?

Bums On Bikes uses Australia Post's E-Parcel delivery system, it is fast, secure (deliveries must be signed for) and they have never lost an order!
To ensure your order is delivered safely and securely we recommend that you provide a work or other suitable daytime address to ensure your order can be accepted. Please also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details to ensure we can contact you regarding your delivery if required.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally it takes one working day for us to process and pack your order so add this to the times below.

: 2-3 working days
ACT 
: 3-4 working days
Victoria       
: 3-4 working day
Tasmania
: 4-5 working days
South Australia : 4-5 working days
Western Australia : 6-7 working days
Northern Territory : 6-7 working days

Naturally these times are a guide and the time may vary a little depending on where you live. If your order doesn't arrive in the time frame indicated above and you are concerned it has gone astray, please call Lucy on 07 3205 4597 and she will track it down for you quick smart.

 

Can you express post my order? I need it urgently!

Sure, no problem. Give Lucy a call on 07 3205 4597 and she'll arrange it for you… but just remember it will cost you extra for this service.

What happens if no-one is home when my parcel is delivered?

Because your goods are shipped by registered post, they must be signed for upon delivery. If no-one is home, Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box so you can collect it from your local post office outlet at your convenience.

Can my order be tracked?

Absolutely!
All deliveries can be tracked using Australia Posts E-Parcel system. If your order hasn't turned up in the time frame indicated above and you would like us to track it for you, give Lucy a call on 07 3205 4597 and she'll get onto it straight away!

Can I pick up my online order from one of your stores?

Online orders cannot be collected from our retail store locations as they are processed and handled using separate systems.
If you see something you like online and would like to collect it from one of our stores, give us a call on 0732054578 and one of our friendly staff will organize a collection date and time with you and you can pay for your goods when you pick them up from the store.

Can I add something to my order?

Certainly; if your order hasn't been packed, we can add items to your order without any additional handling or postage charges. If you want to add something just give Lucy a call on 07 3205 4597 and she will take care of it for you.
If we have been super efficient and your order has already left then you will have to pay the $9 shipping charge for the extra items you want.
