SPD-SL road pedal for entry level use at a value for money price. A wide pedal platform for improved foot/pedal stability, with low maintenance sealed cartridge axle unit.

The low profile platform with open design allows for easy access and cleat adjustments. Easy to clip into and release but with stable fit for maximum power transfer to the pedals. A wider cleat and binding mechanism for better shoe/pedal contact than traditional SPD systems.

Why we like it!

With common elements to the classic Look design and the large platform the SPD-SL makes it easier for the feet to 'find' entry without looking down. The cleats are easy to secure tightly on the shoe using Allen headed screws and the tough, slip-proof material feels safer when walking on hard surfaces than other hard-shoe systems. Adjustments to entry and release tension are made using an Allen key. Great value, solid performer, exceptionally smooth and easy to use.
