- If you wish to return any items you have purchased from our Web Store, you must first contact us asking for an authorisation number.
- Goods must be in their original, undamaged, packaging
- Goods must returned unused
- Goods must be free of marks or damage
- Goods must be in working order
- Refunds will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind, or no longer require the item/s.
- Where goods do not perform as advertised on this site you may make a claim for refund.
- Where the goods supplied are the wrong size or colour we will exchange the goods or offer a store credit in the form of a gift voucher.
- Goods CANNOT be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised on this site.
- If the product is faulty refer to the “FAULTY PRODUCTS” section
- The goods must be in perfect working order and condition
- A copy of the original receipt must be returned with the goods
- The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days
- Goods older than 1 calendar month cannot be returned or exchanged
- Faulty products are assessed by the manufacturer and will be repaired or replaced at their discretion. We do not have the authority to make decisions on their behalf.
- Every attempt will be made to correct the problem in the shortest possible timeframe.
- As the customer it is your responsibility to retain proof of purchase.
- Returns and warranties will not be accepted without proof of purchase.
NB. When returning goods, a copy of the original receipt must supplied along with the authorisation number.
