Bums On Bikes delivers within Australia only; we do not ship goods internationally.

How are goods delivered?

Bums On Bikes uses Australia Post REGISTERED ECONOMY POST and FASTWAY COURIERS within Australia for all deliveries.

Using registered post means that the item must be “signed for” upon delivery. To ensure orders are delivered safely and securely we recommend that you provide a work or other suitable daytime address to ensure your order can be accepted. Please also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details to ensure we can contact you regarding delivery if required.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Standard delivery time for most items is between 3 and 5 working days from the order being received. The time taken for deliveries will vary depending on what time of the day your order was placed, what day it is, and where it is being shipped to. If any item you order is not currently available we will contact you advising you of the expected delivery date, at that time you have the option of waiting for the goods to arrive back into stock or a full refund on your credit card.
